The start of a new chapter

It’s been a wild ride! Even though we had little sailing experience we decided to buy a catamaran and start a new chapter in our lives. We picked up our brand new Lagoon 46 in France and sailed across the notorious Bay of Biscay and past Spain until we reached Porto in Portugal.

 

After a few exciting months in Portugal and Gibraltar, filled with new experiences, unforgettable moments and lots of boat works and repairs we decided to hit the high seas and set sail for our most exciting voyage: we crossed the Atlantic Ocean on our catamaran from Portugal to Martinique in the Caribbean.
